Our goal is to make kindness a movement by bringing together young people, schools and community organisations to build a kinder more connected world, one action at a time through our "Kindness Counts" hub.

Through a range of initiatives and grassroots events, we aim to spark a culture of empathy that encourages everyone to lead with kindness, showing that even the smallest acts can create meaningful and lasting change.
Who We Are
Our story
Kindness Counts Hub was created by Alexis, a neurodivergent 13‑year‑old who believes wholeheartedly in the power of kindness to spark real, lasting change. Guided by this belief, we have partnered with organisations across Australia to help build communities that are more inclusive, connected, and joyful.
Alexis launched Kindness Counts hub with a simple but powerful idea: kindness is a choice available to everyone, and when young people choose it, they help shape a better future. We are driven by the belief that every young person’s voice, actions and compassion matter.
Through our work, we strive to empower young Australians and young people everywhere to create meaningful, positive change in their own communities and beyond. By collaborating with community organisations, leading kindness‑driven initiatives, and celebrating everyday acts of compassion, Kindness Counts demonstrates that leadership isn’t defined by age or background. It’s defined by the courage to care and the journey starts with you.
